Delivery information

Orders are dispatched on the day they are placed. If an item is unavailable, we'll contact you straight away and offer an alternative product, a later delivery date, or a full refund — whichever suits you best.

Orders are sent with our main delivery partner, DPD, and occasionally with other trusted couriers. Every parcel must be signed for, so please make sure someone is available to receive it — we'd hate for a missed delivery to leave your clients waiting.

We take great care to package and ship every order safely and on time. If your order doesn't arrive when expected, contact us as soon as possible and we'll take it up directly with our courier account managers.

We can't be held responsible for problems caused by our delivery partners. If a parcel is left outside your address and is stolen or goes missing, we are not liable for the cost or loss of the items — please raise this with the courier directly.

The following times apply to deliveries within England and Wales:

Ordered Monday to Thursday, before 3:30pm

Next working day

Ordered Monday to Wednesday, after 5pm

By Friday

Ordered Friday

The following Tuesday

Ordered Saturday or Sunday

By the following Tuesday

These times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. For delivery anywhere outside England and Wales, please contact us.

Deliveries may be delayed by courier strikes, national disruption, bank holidays and similar events outside our control, so please allow for this when ordering. We can't be held responsible for lost earnings or delayed items caused by these events, or by issues with our delivery partners.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If something isn't right, email or call us as soon as possible and we'll update it for you.

If you're not available to receive your parcel, or it is returned to us for any reason, a further delivery charge will apply to send it out again.

Good news — we also deliver overseas. Please note that any customs duties or charges required to release your order are the responsibility of the customer.
